1. Information We Collect

CargoPulse collects only the minimum information needed to provide account access, shipment tracking, AI import, cloud sync, and subscription verification, including:

• Account data: login email, nickname, subscription status, and basic authentication metadata.
• Shipment data: the air waybill numbers, tracking records, statuses, origins, destinations, and related event details you enter or import.
• AI import content: text, screenshots, or images you submit when using AI smart import or OCR-related features.
• Usage data: feature invocation counts, AI quota usage, query requests, and sync status for operational analytics.
• Device and sync data: necessary data used for login, restoration, cross-device sync, and troubleshooting.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information above only to operate CargoPulse and support core service functions, including:

• Authentication, account binding, and subscription validation.
• Tracking and displaying shipment status, event history, and visual timelines.
• Extracting shipment data from pasted text or images through AI smart import.
• Syncing records to the cloud and restoring them across devices.
• Monitoring AI and query consumption for quota display and service control.
• Handling sync conflicts, errors, security checks, and service maintenance.

3. Third-Party Services and Sharing

To provide the service, necessary data may be shared with the following third parties or infrastructure providers:

• Supabase: for authentication, database storage, and cloud synchronization.
• Carrier or third-party logistics APIs: for shipment status and event retrieval.
• AI model providers: when you use AI import, your text or images may be sent to the selected model service for parsing.
• RevenueCat / Apple IAP: for subscription validation, purchase state, and auto-renewal handling.

We do not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties, and we do not use it for unrelated advertising purposes.

4. Local Storage and Cloud Sync

CargoPulse stores essential records and preferences locally on your device and syncs them to the cloud after login. Cloud sync is intended to reduce data loss and support cross-device access.

5. AI Import and External Transmission

When using AI smart import, the text, images, or screenshots you provide may be transmitted to the configured AI service for structured extraction. If you use a custom endpoint, requests are sent directly to your configured URL. If you use the default service, requests are sent according to that service configuration. Please review this data flow before use.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

You can delete individual shipments, clear records, or delete your account in the App. After account deletion, we will remove or anonymize the identifiable data and records associated with that account according to system procedures.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please protect your account credentials and custom API keys.

8. Children's Privacy

CargoPulse is intended for logistics and freight professionals and is not recommended for minors without parental or guardian consent.

9. Policy Changes

If this Privacy Policy is updated, we will publish the latest version and date on this page. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated policy.
