用户协议

本页面说明 CargoPulse 的服务范围、账号规则、订阅与自动续期、第三方服务、使用限制以及责任边界。 English version is provided below for convenience.

1. 服务内容

CargoPulse 是一款面向货代、物流和供应链从业者的运单追踪工具。它提供空运单号查询、运单状态展示、历史节点查看、AI 智能导入、云端同步和用量统计等功能。部分功能依赖第三方物流接口、AI 模型服务、Supabase 云端服务以及订阅验证服务。

2. 账号注册与登录

您在注册或登录时应提供真实、有效的邮箱信息,并对账号安全负责。您应妥善保管密码、设备解锁方式以及自定义 API Key。若因您自身原因导致账号泄露、数据丢失或未授权操作,相关责任由您自行承担。

当您使用 AI 智能导入、文本识别或图片识别时,您提交的文本、截图或图片可能被发送到您配置的 AI 服务进行结构化解析。您应确认自己有权提交这些内容,并接受相应的外部数据传输方式。

5. 订阅服务与会员权益

CargoPulse 可能提供普通用户与高级用户等不同服务等级。高级用户的权益、数量上限和展示效果可能不同于普通用户。订阅费用由 Apple 的应用内购买体系处理,并可能通过 RevenueCat 或相关验证服务进行状态校验。除非您在当前计费周期结束前关闭自动续期,否则订阅将自动续费。

6. 使用限制

为了保障服务稳定运行,您不得滥用、篡改或以自动化方式异常访问本服务。包括但不限于:

如发现异常行为,我们有权限制、暂停或终止您的服务访问。

7. 数据同步与删除

登录后,您的运单记录、昵称和相关偏好可能同步至云端,用于跨设备恢复和记录备份。您可以在 App 内删除单条运单、清空记录或注销账号。账号注销后,我们会按流程删除或匿名化与账号相关的可识别数据。

8. 第三方服务

CargoPulse 使用 Supabase、承运商数据接口、AI 服务和 RevenueCat 等第三方能力实现部分功能。第三方服务的可用性、稳定性和准确性不由我们完全控制。您理解并同意,第三方服务故障、维护、限流或策略变化可能影响本 App 的部分功能。

9. 免责声明

我们会尽力维护服务稳定,但无法保证服务永远不间断,也无法保证所有查询结果始终准确、完整、及时。对于因第三方数据误差、网络故障、设备问题或您自身操作导致的损失,我们在法律允许范围内不承担超出强制适用法律规定的责任。

10. 协议变更与终止

我们可能根据产品迭代、法律要求或运营需要更新本协议。更新后将通过页面或 App 内适当方式展示。若您继续使用 CargoPulse,即视为接受更新后的协议内容。若您违反本协议,我们有权终止或限制您使用服务。

1. Scope of Service

CargoPulse is a shipment tracking tool for freight forwarding, logistics, and supply chain professionals. It provides air waybill tracking, shipment status display, event history, AI smart import, cloud sync, and usage statistics. Some features depend on third-party logistics APIs, AI model providers, Supabase cloud services, and subscription validation services.

2. Account Registration and Login

When registering or signing in, you must provide a valid email address and are responsible for the security of your account. You should safeguard your password, device unlock methods, and any custom API keys. You are responsible for losses or unauthorized actions caused by your own negligence or misuse.

4. AI Smart Import and Recognition

When you use AI smart import, text recognition, or image recognition, the text, screenshots, or images you submit may be sent to the AI service you configured for structured parsing. You confirm that you are authorized to submit such content and accept the associated external data transmission.

5. Subscription Services and Premium Benefits

CargoPulse may provide different service tiers such as Standard and Premium. Premium entitlements, usage limits, and visual enhancements may differ from the Standard tier. Subscription charges are processed through Apple's in-app purchase system and may be validated through RevenueCat or related verification services. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal before the end of the current billing period.

6. Acceptable Use Restrictions

To keep the service stable, you must not abuse, tamper with, or access the service in an automated or abnormal manner, including but not limited to:

If abnormal behavior is detected, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the service.

7. Data Sync and Deletion

After login, your shipment records, nickname, and related preferences may sync to the cloud for cross-device recovery and backup. You may delete individual shipments, clear records, or delete your account in the App. After account deletion, we will remove or anonymize identifiable data associated with that account according to our procedures.

8. Third-Party Services

CargoPulse relies on Supabase, carrier data APIs, AI services, and RevenueCat for certain features. Availability, stability, and accuracy of third-party services are not entirely under our control. You understand that outages, maintenance, rate limits, or policy changes from third parties may affect parts of the App.

9. Disclaimers

We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service stable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or perfect accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of all results. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by third-party data errors, network failures, device issues, or your own actions except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

10. Changes and Termination

We may update this Agreement due to product changes, legal requirements, or operational needs. The updated version will be shown on this page or in the App. Continued use of CargoPulse means you accept the updated Agreement. If you violate this Agreement, we may terminate or restrict your access to the service.
